Homemade Green Smoothie Ingredients
1-2 Servings
2 Swiss Chard Leaves
1/2 Banana
1/2 Kiwi
2 Strawberries
1 tbs Flaxseed
1/2 cup Yoghurt
1/2 Water
1/2 tsp Organic Maca Powder (Optional)
Homemade Green Smoothie Directions
Cut everything up as finely as possible.
Add together and blend.
Blend until smooth.
