Homemade Green Smoothie Ingredients


1-2 Servings

  • 2 Swiss Chard Leaves

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 Kiwi

  • 2 Strawberries

  • 1 tbs Flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt

  • 1/2 Water

  • 1/2 tsp Organic Maca Powder (Optional) 

Homemade Green Smoothie Directions


Cut everything up as finely as possible.


Add together and blend.


Blend until smooth.
