Energy Bite Recipe
Support your thyroid and your hormones with this yummy energy bite recipe!
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried prunes
4 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Flaxseed
1 tablespoon Raw cacao
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Shredded coconut
Directions
Place nuts in ziplock bag. Smash with rolling pin into small pieces/powder.
Chop dried fruit up into small pieces (0.5cmx0.5cm)
Add everything together (except coconut) and mix.
Scoop up with a spoon or hands. Scoop 1 -1.5 tablespoon worths of mixture each time. Roll in hand and make a small bite sized ball.
Roll in coconut and set to the side/put in the fridge for 3-4hrs before consuming.
