High Protein Dinner For Hormone Support

Earthy, simple and delicious! Try this high protein dinner recipe for hormone support.

Ingredients
2 Cups of Quinoa
3 Cups of Water
400g Canned Tomatoes
400g Canned Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 Cups of Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
1 Red Onion, finely chopped
2 Gloves Garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon of fresh or fried Chilli flakes
1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of butter
1/4 Parsley
Directions
Over medium high heat, add quinoa, water, canned tomatoes, canned chickpeas, fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, butter and onion in a large saucepan.
Stir to combine then bring to boil.
Once boiled stir and place lid on the pan. Reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Stir in parsley and let is sit uncovered for 5 minutes.
