If you are suffering with a long list of symptoms linked to hormone imbalances or conditions (PCOS, Perimenopause, Estrogen Dominance) just know that you donāt have to, and you have the power to find balance. Keep reading to find out more š.

My Rollercoaster Ride with Hormone Imbalances
A few years back, I hit a major burnoutālike, canāt-get-out-of-bed kind of burnout. It wasnāt just one thing; it was a perfect storm of life stressors:Ā
Ā
My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and sadly, we lost him less than a year later. It was an incredibly heart-wrenching experience that deeply affected me.
I moved to the UK without a single friend or family member nearby aka support system (hello, loneliness).
I quit a toxic job during the pandemic (oh, the stress of that time!).
I started my own business, which sounds exciting until you realize itās during a global pandemic.
I moved 10 times in 2 years, including 6 times during the pandemic (yep, you read that right).
To top it off, I couldnāt visit my family in Australia for 2.5 years. Cue homesick tears.
ā
All of this left my body screaming for help. I experienced extreme fatigue, depression, insomnia, hot flashes, irregular periods, strong PMS, heart palpitations, chronic constipation, chronic yeast infections and chronic UTIs, ābasically, my body was out of sync in a big way.
Ā
Do these symptoms sound familiar?
After lots of doctor visits, research, and trying to piece everything together, I knew something was off, but it wasnāt until I completed my Hormone Health Certificate, where everything clicked. And thatās when I found balance and made a life-changing decision to become a Hormone Health Coach. What I realized is that hormones donāt just work in isolationātheyāre impacted by stress, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. Once I connected the dots, I knew I had to help others do the same. Now, Iām here to empower you to take control of your health, so you can understand how your body works and find hormone balance, naturally. If you are suffering from similiar symptoms just know, you don't have too!
As I mentioned hormones are complex AND everyone is bio-individual so how we support our own hormone health will differ from person to person. However, below I've listed three tips to help you find balance.
Tip #1: Fuel Your Superpowers with Nutrition!
When I finally figured out what my body needed, I felt like Iād unlocked a secret level! Friends were saying, āWow, you have so much energy!ā Itās all about eating foods that help support your hormones lots of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and fish (too name just a few).
Are you giving your body the fuel it craves?
Tip #2: Sweat It Out!
Did you know that sweating is a great way to detox? Once I added sauna sessions to my weekly routine, it was a game changer! I sweating out all those excess toxins!
Can you squeeze in a couple of sweaty sessions each week?
Tip #3: Listen to the Whispers of Stress!
I never thought of myself as stressedāuntil life threw me some curveballs: losing my dad, moving halfway around the world solo, and navigating a pandemic. It all piled up! My therapist helped me see that I had been through a lot. Taking a moment to check in with yourself can be life-changing.
