What are my favourite healthy snacks? What do I snack on when I’m on the go? Most of these snack ideas are simple, easy and nutritious. Most of what I’ve listed are things that I snack when time is scarce or I’m on the go. There are a few I make when I have more time up my sleeve. Natural Healthy Snacks
Banana with 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (Pip and Nut Crunchy Peanut Butter)
Fruit (Apple, Kiwi, Orange, Strawberries, Nectarine, Grapes, Blueberries)
Nuts & Dried Fruit (Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Dried Apricots, Dried Sultanas)
Homemade Seeded Load (Recipe in Cooking for Hormone Balance by Magdalena Wszelaki)
Homemade Energy Bites (Recipes to come in a few weeks)
70% or 85% Dark Chocolate
Quick salad (Swiss chard, Avocado, Smoked salmon, Feta & Tomatoes)
Avocado & Feta on Seeded Sourdough
