TUESDAY Be ready to work hard and SWEAT in this class. Tuesday's we work on building a stronger back and legs. The music is DANCE Tuesday's bringing you all the dance floor hits that make you want to MOVE. You'll leave feeling strong (and a little sweaty). * All Skill Levels & Pre/Post Natal Friendly THURSDAY This class isn't for the light hearted. Be prepared to jump, push and feel the FIRE. Think TABATA, HIIT, Strength, ENOMs and you name it!
