Wellness Questionnaire Intake: To formulate your health protocols, clients complete an in-depth, 25+ page Wellness Questionnaire containing specialized health metrics and a mandatory declaration confirming Doctor's Approval.

6-Year Legal Data Retention Policy: Sensitive health, lifestyle, and fitness information transmitted between the client and coach via WhatsApp, Email, or the Wellness Questionnaire, alongside standard transaction and booking history, will be securely retained for the duration of the active coaching engagement and for a period of 6 years following the conclusion of services.

GDPR Article 17 Compliance: This 6-year retention window is explicitly justified under GDPR Article 17(3)(e) and local statutory limitation laws. This data is strictly preserved to satisfy local corporate tax regulations, insurance compliance, and for the establishment, exercise, or defence of potential legal claims. Upon the expiration of this 6-year timeline, all personal and sensitive health data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
3. Third-Party Disclosure, Data Storage, and Sharing
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Platform & Processing: We use Wix as our website platform and Stripe as a payment processor to handle transactions securely. These service providers store and process transaction data according to their own privacy frameworks.
