We’ll take a comprehensive look at your nutrition and lifestyle, helping us uncover potential imbalances and explore root causes. Based on your responses, I’ll craft a detailed, personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your unique needs—focusing on symptom management, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
🔹 Bi-Weekly Focus Areas
Every two weeks, on a Friday, we’ll zero in on targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies, breaking it down into actionable, easy-to-implement steps that align with your personal goals. You'll receive an informative and insightful email packed with guidance, science-backed strategies, and clear steps to help you move forward with confidence.
🔹 Weekly Check-Ins & Coaching
Consistency and support are key! We will work 1:1 on a personalised movement plan. We’ll have bi-weekly check-ins where you’ll receive personalized recommendations, expert coaching, and a dedicated space for your questions. I’ll also have designated "online hours" where you’re encouraged to reach out—whether you need clarity on a specific step, additional guidance, or adjustments to your plan. This is your time to dive deeper into challenges, celebrate progress, and fine-tune your approach. I will also be hosting community classes Monday–Friday to help support your body.

What does the weekly cost of £80 include?
The weekly cost covers a complete support system designed to help you rebalance your hormones through movement, nutrition, and lifestyle:

1 Personal Training Session per Week
A 30-minute 1:1 session with Casey (12 sessions total), fully tailored to your goals, energy, and fitness level. -
Access to Live Online Community Classes (Mon–Fri)
Join a variety of classes including Stretch, Pilates, Strength, and Meditation. Start with 2 classes a week and build up to 4–5 for best results. Casey will help you build a realistic and effective weekly movement plan during onboarding. -
Bi-Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Online or in-person sessions to review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt your strategy to suit your lifestyle. -
Bi-Weekly Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance
Personalised recommendations via email to support hormone health—covering nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and routines. -
Ongoing Support & Education
Access helpful resources, video content, and regular accountability check-ins to keep you motivated and informed throughout the 12-week journey.
What’s not included in the weekly cost?
Functional Testing (e.g., DUTCH Test)
Testing is optional and not included in the £80 weekly fee to keep the program more accessible. Casey may recommend the DUTCH test or other functional assessments depending on your symptoms and goals.
Is there an upfront fee?
Yes, there is a one-time onboarding fee of £59.
After that, the weekly cost is £80, payable weekly.
What if I’m not enjoying the program?
You’re free to cancel at any time.
There are no refunds for weeks already completed, but you won’t be locked into a contract.
So far, no one has chosen to leave early—but your comfort and autonomy always come first.
Will supplements or medications be recommended?

Can I join if I’m on medication (e.g., HRT, antidepressants)?
Yes—absolutely.
This program is designed to complement your current medical care, not replace it.
Many clients are on HRT, thyroid medication, or antidepressants. We work with you to build natural, supportive habits that enhance your overall wellbeing.
Do I need equipment for the workouts?
Not much! The sessions are home-friendly and low-equipment.
