Bone Broth Recipe Ingredients
Decrease inflammation with this easy bone broth recipe.
Beef or Chicken bones
2 Carrots
1 Onion
4-6 Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Black peppercorns
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Rosemary Stems
Bone Broth Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Place everything but the Apple Cider Vinegar in a roasting pan. Roast for 60mins. Toss at 30mins.
Once roasted place everything in roasting tray into a large pot. Add enough water to ensure ingredients and bones are submerged. Add apple cider vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 8-12hrs. Make sure everything remains fully submerged.
Remove bones and strain broth through strainer.
Let cool. Then skim fat from broth.
Store in fridge for 5 days or freeze.
