Add this delicious homemade granola to your next yoghurt bowl! Simple, easy and natural!
Serves 8-10
Prep Time 10 mins
Cooking Time 25-28 mins
Ingredients
2 Cups Oats 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds* 1/2 Cup Cashews (Crushed)* 1/2 Cup Almonds (Crushed)* 1/2 Cup Sultanas* 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 1 tsp of Salt
1/2 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
1 tsp of Cinnamon
*Please note you can adjust this to what you love! Switch the Sultanas for Cranberries or Dried Apricots. Switch the Almonds for Walnuts or Pecans 😍. Make the perfect Granola for you!
Homemade Granola Directions
Mix all together (leave the sultanas, coconut and cinnamon until after you have roasted). Put on baking paper and into the oven on 180 degree heat for 25-28mins or until crispy.
Once roasted let sit. Once cooled break up using your hands or utensils and store Granola in a sealed container.
