Move to the sound of Aussie Artists and walk away feeling long, lean and rejuvenated. A perfect class to re-set and overcome the mid week "hump day". * All Skill Levels & Pre/Post Natal Friendly FRIDAY What a great way to end the week with Abs, Abs and MORE Abs! In this class we activate and strengthen our deep abdominals while listening to RnB. Walk away feeling the burn in those abs while singing your favourite RnB tune. * All Skill Levels & Post Natal Friendly ** Not Recommended for Pre Natal
